Beauty is not defined by shape, size or colour – it’s feeling like the best version of yourself.
In cooperation with Brand New Day, we traced out the social media strategy for Dove. The basis for this was found in the marketing and communication strategy of the ladies body care brand ‘Real Beauty’.
We were responsible for the conversation management on Dove’s Belgian Facebook Page. The communication consisted of targeted beauty and ‘feel good’ posts, that spoke to the Belgian Dove community. We answered questions, problems and complaints and gradually built an enthusiastic and responsive community of Dove fans.
